They were able to assist in making changes to my account that I had tried to make on my own but were unsuccessful. The staff also accommodated my requests quickly and happily. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good, could be Great This is my IHG property of choice when staying in CoMo on business or pleasure since it opened last year. The hotel is new, clean and it appears staff is working to keep it that way. The shining star of this property is TJ, who works in the breakfast area. He is always engages you in conversation, is professional, offers to assist, and makes sure items are kept stocked. The front desk could take a few lessons from him. When checking in, the clerk did not recognize me as a Platinum member, and was indifferent throughout the check in process. The hotel does not offer a welcome gift (water, snack) or welcome points, all other IHG properties I have stayed at do this for their Platinum members. The housekeeping staff is in line with TJ, I met several in the hall in the morning, each was pleasant, said "good morning" and have a good day. The cleanliness of the room was evident of their work ethic - CLEAN! Just a few areas to improve and this can and will be a great property. June 24, 2015
