Great place to stay! Clean from start to finish! Rooms are comfortable, beds comfortable. Shower clean and great water pressure. Breakfast ready early and hot with good variety. Front desk helpful and friendly. Close to shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is located in a quiet location with easy access. We have stayed there several times & really enjoyed each stay.

Good value and great location. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Always cleaning and making sure guest had anything needed. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others as a place to stay.

it is located in a good location, not far from my coworkers house, so we were able to meet up with him for a while. the place was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the free bottles of water. however, the conditioner dispenser was clogged in the shower.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is so kind and helpful. Whenever we were out of our room we constantly saw staff cleaning and they were all so kind and personable. The hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants so we didn't have to go very far if we were hungry or needed anything. We will definitely stay here again when we are in Elkhorn, NE!

2 choices of pillows, comfortable bed. the only suggestion would be to get more lights in the bedroom area. very dark

Holy cow. This hotel was remarkably clean, modern, and bright. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Always greeted me with a big smile. The room was big and the bed was extremely comfortable with big fluffy pillows.

Rooms are very clean and bed is comfortable; if you are on the second floor or higher, there is no noise early in the morning from people having breakfast. Plenty of parking with rooms facing the parking lot to view your vehicle.

Always look forward to staying here when in Omaha area. Don't have worry if the room will be clean, they always are. the breakfast is always good, nice selection's of items.

My wife and I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Elkhorn, NE for the second time in 5 months. The first time was to be near my mother in Elk Ridge Assisted Living and this second time was to be around family as we laid my mom to rest. We are grateful for the staff during this difficult time for our family. Thank you.

I know nothing is perfect, but I was disappointed with the staff's response...
I told the person at check out that our bathroom didn't have hot water in the sink and the shower curtain rod kept falling out of the support on the wall.
At checkout she didn't seem to see this as an inconvenience for us -only said she would report it -so it would hopefully be fixed for the next guest.
There was a time when this would have been some sort of compensation -those days are probably gone- but a "sorry for the inconvenience" would have been nice..

From the moment I arrived, I was treated very respectfully. The hotel staff helps us with suggestions to where to go to eat and local areas of interest. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
