Colourful and trendy room - we liked the décor and especially the bathroom which had a great shower. The hotel only has Queen beds, so be prepared if you're travelling with a friend...
Would definitely return to this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and it's an easy walk to the harbour and old city.

Hotel on main square near station so this is never going to be the quietest location but this one does not live up to the indigo brand. Standard rooms are small and cluttered with limited hanging space and no clothes drawers at all. Room experience is redeemed by good toiletries, towels and an excellent shower. Reception staff highly variable. On site dining has a very limited pizza, sandwich and tapas menu. Breakfast is horrifically expensive if not prebooked at €17. Great location. Convenience store next door on one side and rowdy late night bar on the other. Not your typical indigo but modern, safe, warm and dry in a convenient location.

If you come to Antwerp, a fine city, you want to be in the heart of things. The Indigo is so close to the Central Rail Station, the Diamond Quarter, the Old City and even the Zoo. Staff are polite, effficient and willing to go the extra mile. They all speak excellent English. If you arrive by the Airport Shuttle Coach from Brussels, the stop is right outside the Hotel! The tram and bus services are close by in the same Square.
If you don't want to eat out or visit the many local bars, the Indigo's bar and restaurant offer excellent value and friendly service.

Great young and modern staff. The hotel is very well situated next to Antwerp Central Station abd the shopping streets, though the neighbourhood is not so appealing. The design of the hotel is very nice and modern.

Check in and check out receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast restaurant receptionist was aloof and impatient.

The hotel is literally next to the Central Train Station, very convenient. 10-15 minutes walk to the center. Check-in and check-out were both efficient, and the design was surely refreshing. I also liked my room in terms of design, cleanliness and supplies. Would love to stay again if I return to the area.

This hotel is only a 2-3 minute walk from the central station so a great location for visiting without the hassle of jumping in a taxi. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by too. Staff are excellent - professional and welcoming. Room was a great design, a little smaller than I would like, but it’s in the centre and I would argue larger than many others I’ve stayed in.
