Reasonable value for just the room but unreasonable pet fee. Room was clean but furnishings a bit worse for wear.

Good comfortable place to stay. Front desk staff were very helpful. I would stay here again.
Our room key did not work when we arrived but within minutes we were placed in an upgrade room.

The staff welcomed us and the room was clean. It was my first time to use Candlewood Suites but I enjoyed that it offered a fridge, stove, dishes and so on. It felt like an apartment, which was really comfortable.

We had a nice one night stay here. The staff were wonderful and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The value was excellent. I would stay here again.

We highly recommend this place to anyone that is willing too stay here. Beautiful view as well.

This was the last accessible room they had for the time we were there. We chose Candelwood suites because they had a recliner in the room. My wife can not get into hotel beds because they are too high for her. She is only 5ft tall.
It was more room than we needed. However our expience was good. The room was plenty large enough for my wife's wheelchair as was the bathroom. But there wasn't a roll in shower. I hope when the renovations are complete some of the other accessable rooms have roll in showers. Lastly the way to make this a great hotel for the handicapped would be to include a lift chair in at least one or two accessable rooms. Candelwood Suites would undoubtly be accessible hotel central! I know I would talk it up to all the handicapped web sites.
The bed was soo comfortable, the room was clean, and loved the kitchinette

The lady at the front desk, Suzanne. Was super nice and accommodating. The room was on the first floor and was so very comfortable, including the layout with bath. The cupboard offered much more than usual kitchenettes.my husband and I loved our stay!

My go to place in Hot Springs AR will be even better as it is undergoing a remodel. Everything you need for a stay in one room; clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location just up the street from Oaklawn. Love it.
Great stay at Candlewood Suites on our 50th Anniversary!

I made a reservation for our 50th wedding anniversary and changed reservation to extend the stay. Azure was very helpful towards renewing and completing the continued stay. Candlewood Suites was exactly what we had hoped for during this stay. It was priced right, clean, confortable, and has a great staff. We asked for and received excellent eating and sightseeing information. Thank you for your assistance in making our 50th wedding anniversary positively memorable.

The overall experience was amazing and the amnities only added addituinal comfort to my needs. There should be more of these Hotels across Arkansas. I would absolutely stay at a Candlewood suite if it is in fact a given choice in my travels.
Dog Friendly Comfortable Hotel Close to Downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas

This was a clean and comfortable, dog friendly place for us to stay while attending an American Kennel Club dog show and obedience trial. It was convenient to downtown Hot Springs where the dog show was being held. It is also convenient to many restaurants, shops, and Lake Hamilton.

Room was clean, staff friendly, good location, quiet, good amenities, bed was not comfortable for me, television had decent choices, pool area clean and well maintained, adequate equipment to prepare meals, ice maker was a plus
