Great location, nice rooms and pleasant helpful staff. Kitchen is a real plus for those with any dietary limits or just wanting a home cooked meal. Very nice area and quiet with the exception of the fire station across the street. (but they did not seem too busy, only a few loud moments.) If one was doing temporary work in the area, this would be a very good choice.

Amanda and Beth were the 2 ladies I spoke with at the desk. Each time I spoke with them they personally attended to what I needed. Blankets, towels, or a hotel question. They did not pass the buck or say please wait 2 hrs. That was awesome.
Start of Thanksgiving Holiday Week

This was a great way to start off our holiday week! Met up w/our daughter in Atlanta before heading to NC. Staff here is very pleasant & attentive. Despite restrictions and changes due to COVID, it still has a very 'homey' feel. Would recommend this hotel for others...especially if you are staying in the area for multiple nights. It's more like staying in an apartment!

The room was outdated the couch was uncomfortable and visibly dirty, it did have everything you could ask for though. It was overall was quiet comfortable stay.

Overall the Staybridge Suites is a great value for a long term stay. Covid restrictions made it a bit difficult for everyone but they could have done a better breakfast selection and better response to a housekeeping issue that arose in the evening.

Friendly, pet friendly, spacious room, clean, super comfortable. Traveled 11 hours in car with my dog and needed a relaxing experience. Staybridge hit on all levels!
Laundry dryer vents into Room 132 - dreadfully strong scent!

We barely slept the first of our two nights in this hotel because the room we stayed in apparently gets air vented into it from the laundry and it reeked of dryer sheets. The scent was so strong I'm amazed I didn't have an allergic reaction. We let the front desk know and appreciated that they quickly put us in another room. That said, NO GUEST should ever be put in that room except if they are awaiting arrest. In addition to the strong perfume, the fabric on the sofa is faded and the carpet is torn. It's a dreadful room that needs a gut rehab and needs to have the ventilation fixed.

This hotel has the best customer service. The room was very clean with a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely be back.
