Welcome to our hotel in the heart of Dubai, a shimmering city famous for its eclectic culture. We look forward to assisting you during your stay by booking tours, offering helpful advice and sharing insider information you won’t find in your travel guidebook.

Things to do
The Perfect Day

Morning

Seize the day with breakfast at Anise, before wandering along the hotel walkway to Dubai Festival City Mall, where the range of shops selling local and international brands, from high fashion to homeware, is staggering. Take a taxi downtown to the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, where you’ll gain a fascinating insight into Emirati culture. Afterwards, lose yourself amidst the mounds of silks, cottons and embroidered fabrics at the traditional Dubai Textile Souk.

Afternoon

Make your way to iconic Burj Khalifa, the tallest structure in the world. Make sure you have pre-booked tickets though the concierge for the At The Top observatory, where an outdoor deck offers jaw-dropping panoramas of the city below. Enjoy adrenaline-fuelled family fun at Wild Wadi Water Park. With more than 30 rides, there’s something for everyone.

Evening

After refuelling on French pastries at Choix Patisserie, ask the concierge to book your evening's entertainment. Opt for a dhow cruise along the sparkling waterways of Dubai Creek, or experience true wilderness with a Platinum Heritage night safari. Discover nocturnal desert wildlife, memorise the constellations during a private astronomy session, then sit down to dinner in the dunes. Upon returning to the hotel, add a final touch of magic to your day with cocktails at the Vista Bar and Terrace.

Did You Know?
  • Abras

The best, if not the fastest, way to cross from Deira to Bur Dubai is by boat. The cost for a one-way crossing is AED 1.

  • Dates

The United Arab Emirates is the fourth-largest exporter of dates in the world.

  • Fridays

The normal working week in Dubai is Sunday to Thursday. This means the roads are much quieter on Fridays and the shopping malls busier.

  • Shisha

The shisha pipe is a water-based pipe for smoking, very popular in the Middle East. It can be used for smoking either tobacco or herbal fruits.

  • Water

The UAE is the second-largest producer of desalinated water in the world and the third-largest consumer per capita of water in the world. It is perfectly safe to drink the tap water in major cities. However, as a precaution you should stick to bottled water when travelling.
