Step behind Ascua’s wood-fire grill for an exclusive, chef-led experience. Guests can select between:

  • Tomahawk Masterclass: Learn to prepare and grill Stirling Ranges tomahawks, then enjoy your creation with signature accompaniments.
  • Seafood Masterclass: Explore WA’s coastline flavours with Albany kingfish, Exmouth prawns, and Fremantle octopus, grilled to perfection and served with chef’s accompaniments. 

Each two-hour experience includes recipes and a trio of Ascua’s signature sea salts to take home. Available Fridays 4:00 - 6:00 PM, minimum two guests. Advance bookings essential.
