Settle in for a long, leisurely brunch with free-flowing mimosas and a generous spread of festive favourites.
From fresh oysters and poached Exmouth prawns to roast turkey and Stirling Ranges rump cap from the wood-fired grill, there’s plenty to enjoy. Add made-to-order waffles and pancakes, followed by mince pies and chocolate mousse cake for something sweet.
Santa will also make an appearance, with a special treat for little ones.
