The Great Falls and Ryan Dam

The best view of The Great Falls is from the highest peak at Ryan Island Park, which is accessed from a suspension bridge across the Missouri River. After traveling a two-lane road that provides views of the expansive high plains and agricultural land, you will arrive at the viewing point of the Great Falls, located at 160 Ryan Dam Road.

Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park is a 1,583 sq mile wilderness area in Montana's Rocky Mountains, with glacier-carved peaks and valleys running to the Canadian border. It's crossed by the mountainous Going-to-the-Sun Road. Among more than 700 miles of hiking trails, it has a route to photogenic Hidden Lake. Other activities include backpacking, cycling and camping. Diverse wildlife ranges from mountain goats to grizzly bears.

Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone National Park is a nearly 3,500 sq mile wilderness recreation area atop a volcanic hot spot. Mostly in Wyoming, the park spreads into parts of Montana and Idaho too. Yellowstone features dramatic canyons, alpine rivers, lush forests, hot springs and gushing geysers, including its most famous, Old Faithful. It's also home to hundreds of animal species, including bears, wolves, bison, elk and antelope.

First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park

First Peoples Buffalo Jump State Park is a Montana state park and National Historic Landmark in Cascade County, Montana in the United States. The park is 1,481 acres and sits at an elevation of 3,773 feet. It is located about 3.5 miles northwest of the small town of Ulm, which is near the city of Great Falls.

Malmstrom Museum and Air Park

A small United States Air Force field museum and airpark, located within the Malmstrom AFB perimeter. We are proud to be able to host visitors from around the globe that are wishing to take in the heritage we have to offer of Malmstrom Air Force Base from its inception in 1942 as a B-17 bombardment training base, through the many varied missions that we have had over the years to our current mission, Minuteman III Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) systems.

River's Edge Trail

Whether biking, jogging, in-line skating, running or walking is your favorite outdoor activity, the River's Edge Trail is the perfect venue. The paved urban trail links many local parks and attractions along both sides of our scenic and historic riverfront. It is fully accessible and dotted with benches, tables, picnic shelters, rest rooms, sculptures and drinking fountains, and 13 convenient trailhead parking areas. The trail is easily accessible for our guests with access behind the hotel.

Montana ExpoPark

Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center
