Not warm nor inviting. Just plain Jane. However, in the Hotel/Resort defense it was under construction.

Shuttle service

Not reliable. Did not arrive or depart on any kind of schedule

Thank you for your feedback. Our shuttle runs on demand from 7:00am - 3:00pm. After 3:00pm it departs the hotel every hour and half hour until 1:00am.
