Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great breakfast and spacious room Hotel's breakfast was the best I have ever got in my hotel visits. All the foods had been beautifully made forth and they looked fresh and tasted fresh. Also when you get your own coffe pot to your table it is really nice, because you don't have to go back and forth to get your coffee. When you book a room from hotel and you know, that in one room is going to stay two persons and two dogs there is always fear from the fact that the room is too small. This time the fear was unnecessary. If this room would have been on the non-smoking side the experience staying in this hotel would have been perfect. Sleep quality wasn't the best, beacuse I prefer thinner pillows. Also our two furry friends were at the first night quite restless (we stayed 2 nights#. But I think that was just because they are not so used to stay in the hotels and there were little bit noise #christmas party?). Hotels location is very good for the persons who are staying with dogs in there. Töölönlahti and its outdoor routes are nice to take your dog to walk. December 19, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by warmly recommended it's great hotel - friendly staff, good facilities (especially sauna, pool and lounge) - and yet close to city center - 1 hour walk covers all the famous Helsinki sight seeing. Chose it over Holiday Inn City Center and didn't regret for a moment. December 15, 2013

The WLAN / WiFi in the room is unfortunately VERY slow although the signal strength is excellent. This needs to be adapted fast to attract business travelers. December 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by That's the stuff! Great hotel! as a Platinum member, got upgraded to a Junior suite - Room was large, with a seating area. Super clean room, felt modern and nice. Bathroon was huge, and the bathtub was great! Breakfast at the restaurant was good (though the omelette station is not very accessible and not user-friendly - until day 3, I wasn't even aware they had a station there!). Club lounge is the usual basic European lounge (not like those in Asia), nice snacks for dinner (though sometimes there was nobody to replenish beer or snacks). Great Hotel! December 5, 2013
