Helpful staff - brilliant saxophonist

Excellent hotel with very helpful staff - very prompt attention. Very relaxing lobby, gardens, pool area.
Wonderful view from sea front room. Well appointed room. Reliable internet connection.
Good position within Limassol relative to other hotels of a similar standard - many hotels in Limassol are far from the city centre. Regular buses pass the hotel for the city centre but the seafront walk is very pleasant if you are happy to take your time.
Nearly forgot to mention brilliant saxophonist playing in the lobby / restaurant in the evening.

A Very Friendly Location

unfriendly front office staff/Manager

Refused to give sea view room though hotel half empty, though booked the NI conference run of the house rates as advised to us by the Nautical Institute.

They wanted more money!! I visit Cyprus four times a year staying each time from 7 to 10 days and due to this attitude and the bad experience My son and I felt being there , I would never stay here again.
For the whole week we stayed there, we did not use any of their restaurants or Bars and entertained our Guests at other hotels , so they lost more because of their unfriendly policies to not give a Gold Card guest a good experience.
