Room lovely and location of hotel is good ,but front desk need to be improve because in time of Check In no one was in the the counter of IHG member (checked -in 4.PM) , and the check out take too much time .

in general it was good

in general was good but i faced some problem there like
1-I was using the valet parking and one time i saw the valet parking man take out large luggage (not belong to me) from my front seat of my car!!!
2-The bahraini receptionist was trying to be helpful but he was fake he cant even explain the detail of the reservation for me he called the manager for that!!
3-Same man ask for new credit card to make our check out (they blocked the amount of money from my credit card before when we check in).
3-Same man enter arguement with my fiance about this issues and pretending he was cool but he was giving us the feel we are idiots and he is the only man who undertsand.
4-We found the bottle of jin in the minibar opened and filled with water !!!
