酒店的欢迎饮品券,要的东西一定要在大堂吧喝,比如我要可乐,带走,那个大堂的服务员怎么也不给我拿走,我说了要拿到房间,也不行,当时就觉得,怎么会这样的呢?我住了那么多皇冠,第一 次遇到这种情况,好尴尬。希望可以理解。

硬件比较好,餐饮很差

酒店的硬件设施很好,总体的员工服务都ok。还有一个问题忘了说,酒店隔音感觉一般,晚上整晚都听到应该是客人的喧闹声音,让人感觉有点不安。最大问题是餐饮,已经在前面详细提了。

Everything was great from top to bottom. Beautiful hotel with hot springs, great restaurants (Catch Hot Pot Buffet is highly recommended) and other great facilities. Located on a long white sanded beach, perfect to sit back and relax.

本人及同伴的感受:床褥太软,不是所有人都喜欢太软,睡觉时,由于太软,床褥给人体的反着用力增强,人体会觉得不舒服,无法全身心放松,
建议:
1.更换比现在稍硬一些的,软硬适中的床褥。(为了确认本人反映问题是否属实,可以针对入住客人,在离酒店时,做一个问卷调查)
2.酒店分不同房间,不同客人需求,软硬由客人入住时选择。
3.空调貌似不够功率,尤其被子与床褥太软时,会觉得很热。
