Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Room 517 - VERY NOISY Similar to a previous reviewers comments, I thought my room was extremely noisy as well with some sort of a mechanical noise. I was on the top (5th) floor and I don't know if it was HVAC units on the roof or some other mechanical issue. It was definitely not coming from inside my room as I turned the AC on and off, shut off the refrigerator, bathroom fan, etc. I mentioned it to the front desk clerk when I checked out. She asked if I had reported it last night and I had not. I wish I had, but I heard the hotel was sold out so I don't know what they could have done to fix it. It made for an unpleasant staff. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance service was prompt when I called that the batteries in my TV remote were bad, but the noise factor is a real problem. If I have to book at this location again I will be sure to ask for a lower floor. February 21, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A Pleasent Surprise I have always thought that the Holiday Inn was low level hotel. I booked it because I only needed it to stay for one night as I attended a babyshower. I was blown away when I walked in the lobby, it was very clean and sleek. The staff was very helpful and nice. The one bedroon suite very impressive. The only thing that the living space needed was a better decore on the walls and furniture. The bedroom was more modernized. If ever in town again, this is where I'll stay. Thank you Holiday Inn for making me a believer. February 12, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So comfortable Holiday Inn has become my go to place to stay. The rates are very affordable. The hotel is always clean with comfortable rooms. The continental breakfasts is good with friendly staff. Everyone was so friendly and kind to my two year old grandson. The only staff who was a little less than friendly was the person we asked to get us towels for the pool. The heated pool and spa was awesome. I don't like chilly water so I was pleasantly surprised at the warmth of the pool. December 30, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not even 2 star I have stayed in many hotels however this one is at the bottom of my list. If I wasn't on business I would have changed hotels. Some of the minimum accommodations like the ice maker wasn't available on my floor. I asked for a King room and couldn't even get that although I got there early. Although breakfast was complementary, it wasn't up to par with the grits cold as ice. If I had my way, I will not stay at this hotel again. Thanks Larry December 9, 2013
