Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast is wonderful The staff is wonderful, I would recommend this Hotel to anyone that is planning on staying in the Augusta area. Their rooms are clean and you can teill that the showers have been cleaned and not just having the towels changed out between guests. June 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Atmosphere Though the hotel delivered the expectation of room, facilities for price paid it does suffer from lack of atmosphere, may be a quiet time of month. Having being used to Digital TV moving backwords to Analogue seems strange. The fitness centre provides adequate machines pity that none had all features working. The staff though without exception were very good, attentive and friendly not just the corporate speech. I think the position of the hotel also affected overall score, great for Freeway access but pretty much isolated from anything else unless you drive. June 15, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Unexpected Trip Awesome Stay Came to the area unexpectedly due to emergency family issues. I was not in the best of moods. Ms. April's greeting and attention made my day turn around. I don't know if she works every shift but every time we entered the lobby she was there and very helpful. Breakfast was very good and free. I will be staying here if I come to the area again. June 9, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by customer service by general manager assistance bad The general manager needs to get a new assistant and talk more with all employees and ask about the assistant manager her attitude and customer service is horrible. It makes the whole trip bad just one run in to her and she's horrible. May 31, 2015
