I was very disappointed with the attitude of the staff. I am disabled and no one even held the door for me. One person even let the door go while I was entering and it almost hit me. I was shocked at the lack of manners here. I think this is what makes your stay. If the people are rude and unprofessional it is difficult to enjoy your stay. Everyone seemed to be so bothered and busy and no one offered any help or asked if we needed anything. My bill was not computed correctly and the points were not applied nor was my senior citizen discount. I was unable to apply the points online when I booked because there was something wrong with the website that prevented it. I would not recommend this location...perhaps some customer service training is in order here and an update to their website.

I had to make last minute arrangements, so I guess that is why it was so expensive. I just stayed at a Holiday Inn in Easton, PA two weeks ago. $80 cheaper Free breakfast Morning paper Small kitchenette and the bathroom was one-third bigger. What is so exclusive about your Inn?

After three traffic jams it was wonderful to see the Holiday Inn sign. Upon registration I was informed we would receive a free upgrade. The staff was great and the room was wonderful.
