Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Met Our Needs Just a quick overnight stay; didn't even have breakfast. Fast in; fast out. Our brief time with the front desk staff was friendly and professional. Room was adequate; hated the pillows! They swallow your head and flatten to no support. Bathroom lighting was very dim. Overall, would stay there again without hesitation. I would just bring my own pillow. August 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by vacation the property is located 45mins away from LA making travel time high. it is in an industrial area. has starbucks, subway and in n out burger nearby. hotel breakfast needs improvement. the on'y thing nearby is disneyland... free shuttle service from hotel makes it ideal for those visiting disneyland and california adventure parks. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par with other Holiday Inns When we checked in we were handed a paper stating that the pool was out of service for repairs. There was a shuttle service to another facility to use their pool from 1:00-4:00. That isn't very convenient for those of us who like to be able to relax at the pool between meetings, or in the evenings. I felt that we should have been told at the time the reservation was made that the pool would be out of service. The paper said it was out of service for all of July. Maybe a discount should have been offered. It is false advertisement to say you have a pool, when you don't have one that is usable. Coffee and a bagel was $9.00 in the restaurant. A room service tray was outside a door by our room at 10:00 at night and still there at 10:00 in the morning. It was still there at 2:00 in the afternoon. We were told we couldn't use our IHG Rewards unless we booked online. I will not be back to this facility. July 25, 2014
