Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Expected a serviceable internet connection I chose a Holiday Inn property for this nights stay (election night) so that I could monitor the election. Ultimately, as the internet connection was subpar, I relied on television coverage. Of course this this not keep me informed of local elections back home. November 14, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Always the same.... a Perfect 10 I stay at the Holiday Inn in Laramie for business and it's so nice always being in the same part of the hotel most of the time. Kelli & Casey at the front desk are great... I never have to ask for a thing, they have it covered before I even arrive. For business or pleasure the Holiday Inn Laramie should be your first choice. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by A very poor example of customer service I did not received a check-out statement which is usually under my door on the day of check-out, so I went to the man at the front desk and ask for a copy of the statement. Initially, he refused to provide a statement because he said I use google to make the reservation which I did not. After several frustrating minutes of arguing with me he did generate my statement in less than 30 seconds…A very poor example of customer service November 8, 2014
