They really went out of there way to be helpfyl.I visited in the middle of construction work. That was quite distracting and made it difficult to sleep. February 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Too much noise! We checked in late, and our room was still not ready. There was a lot of construction going on throughout the hotel, but the noise level in the room just next to us was terrible. Also, the noise of the antiquated hvac system was so annoying we turned it completely off. I must say that the bed was most comfortable - probably a tempurpedic, and the wait staff at our banquet were right on the ball. February 10, 2015

I'm employed with the state of Kentucky and we are required to seek the most reasonable rates in the area where we will be teaching classes. Holiday Inn was the most reasonable but with the excellent facilities. February 10, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Hotel is okay overall although some parts are outdated. Restaurant was only okay. May be better for leisure travelers, they don't seem to cater much to the business traveler. WiFi not reliable; very slow; could not connect to everything I needed to for work. There is nothing quick about breakfast in the morning if you're on the go for work, and the courtesy coffee pots were frequently empty. The staff is very friendly although I was waiting for a package to arrive for a meeting and when it arrived, the front desk never called me. The room was comfortable though and so is the lobby and bar. February 5, 2015
