Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation in process - finished part is great! I was able to get a room on the 5th floor where new renovation was complete. Nice job on the artwork and other decorations - they reflect the spirit of the city! Downside, the restaurant was closed. I also happened to stay at the same time a large group was in town, so the internet access was impossible. Not the hotels fault, just an unfortunate timing issue. My room was away from most of the group so there were no noise issues. Front desk staff were excellent! July 2, 2015

Very quiet but this time the restaurant was closed due to remodeling so was unable to have breakfast before leaving the next morning. July 1, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not What Was Promised This property was not what was promised to our conference delegation. Renovations were promised months ahead of our arrival only to find they had been stopped upon our arrival. The only people who enjoyed the renovated rooms were the handful in our group whose assigned rooms were unacceptable and they received an upgrade. The property needs attention to take away from the fact that it sits in the back parking lots of restaurants, a strip mall with smelly grease traps and a convenience store. June 30, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointing I arrived late, expecting to take advantage of hotel shuttle. However, it was no longer running around midnight. Room temp was miserable; hotel both nights. The hotel restaurant was closed, which was inconvenient for someone without a car. I wouldn't choose to stay here again. June 26, 2015
