Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Headed to Celtics against LeBron! We stay here often and have hardly ever had an issue. Because we were headed to the Celtics game we booked the TD Garden package as we always do for the shuttle. During registration I let the girl know that we would need the shuttle for 6:15/6:30 to head to the game, when I double checked later we weren't even on the list. She then suggested the train, I said No, she suggested it again and I said No again, she then insisted saying it was just down the street and made no stops till it got to the Garden, I said no so her next suggestion was a cab. I reminded her that we had booked the TD Garden package and she explained that the driver was taking his lunch at that time. I suggested she pay for our cab to the Garden then, she went in back to talk to someone, came back and said the shuttle would be available. We went to the game, had a great time but no shuttle outside! We waited 45 minutes, finally caught a cab. It's not easy to grab a cab after a game, I couldn't call hotel about shuttle, phone problems. I asked for reimbursement for the cab and they asked why we didn't ask the shuttle to come back for us? In the many previous times we were there we had never had to ask, you drop us off, we assume you pick us up!! Never had an issue till then. After a brief discussion, our money was refunded. We had our 2 sons with us and it was extremely cold out so the shuttle mix up was very disappointing. And I am never welcomed as an IHG member here, ever. November 20, 2014

The food is great althought the menu selection is small and the proximity to the MBTA facilities for my Business I had in boston was great.Union Square was within walking distance. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Service, Excellent bed, great experience! The Rooms are very nicely decorated, with good quality furniture and bed. Some things I would have liked: - Ceiling lights. There were only wall lamps and table lamps in my room, at night I could not make out the things in my drawers! - Bathroom privacy. It was a good thing that I was staying alone in the bedroom, because the sliding door for the bathroom had a half-inch gap at the bottom when closed! For the rest, it was all GREAT!. The staff was very helpful with all my needs. I hope to visit again soon! Thanks! Ash November 17, 2014
