Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by OUR WONDERFUL STOP-OVER We had come on Tuesday, May 14th to help my mentor Dr., T. Berry Brazelton celebrate his 95th cirthday in Cambridge, MA that evening from 6-8 PM. Upon check-in we found our room (610) was ready and Celia speeded us on our way. We met Nathan who had been helpful in making sure our room was prepared using NO air fresheners like Fabreze to which my wife Jane is sensitive. we had several hours to relax after traveling about 3 hours by car from Troy, NY and we found our room excellent with plenty of room to relax. The highlight of our stay was having Jerry, driver of your shuttle take us to Raymond Street in Cambridge, MA at 6 PM and pick us up at 8 PM. he was both competent and pleasant and got us to our destination on time and returned promptly at 8 Pm to pick us up. What a gem, Jerry was. Please extend our heartfelt appreciation to Jerry, Celia and Nathan for making our stay at your Holiday inn . May 20, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE The Staff at the front desk was very friendly, outgoing and willing to help us with finding things in the community. EX airport, food etc. The girl at the front desk printed out mapquest directions for us! We completed the certificate at the hotel. Thanks for such a great stay!! The pool room looked great and was very clean. We were there three years ago and it looks great. That is the reason we went back there again because of the great service!! Thanks May 19, 2013

We were able to order food at the pool and get it delivered by hotel staff directly to us, watch a movie, play games and swim in one afternoon/evening. Even if you live in the area, it would be a great get-a-way. The rooms are also modernized, which adds a nice touch. May 17, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superb location and facilities With hotel prices in Boston being over-the-top and often way more than what you actually get for the property, Holiday Inn Bunker Hill was a great surprise. Huge value for your dollar, with impecably clean and nicely decorated rooms, plush and comfortable beds, FRIENDLY and HELPFUL staff, combined with an easy and convenient location. Right off I-93 and 2 blocks from the Sullivan Square subway station made it easy to drive to, but then NOT have to drive to get into all the action of Boston itself! As fairly frequent visitors to Boston, we have found our new "go-to" hotel and will be returning, as well as recommending to friends! May 15, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Week End in Boston We came to Boston for a hockey game. The hotel is close to the arena and subway so getting to the game was so easy. Once we checked in to our room we found that the TV was working so we called the front desk and a service person was there and the tv fixed within 10 minutes. Great service May 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Family Experience My family and I were in town for the Run To Home Base 9K and picked this hotel kind of late. It's a great location to Fenway so travel time was perfect! I was able to bring my family along including my two kids (5 and 1 1/2) The recreational area was by far the best we've ever had a hotel, my daughter loved the Pool and Rock Wall and my son loved the Pool and Basketball Court, there was even more to offer there we didn't take advantage of. We ordered room service for a cheaper rate then ordering out would have been and the food was great! Overall I would, and have, recommended this hotel to all my friends and family and look forward to staying there again next time we're in town! May 12, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location, no problems! Took a trip down to Boston to see the Toronto Maple Leafs game. Great LOCATION! Only a 5 minute walk from the orange subway line, only two stops and you are in Boston proper aka downtown. The entire hotel is smokefree and is newly renovated. Super comfy beds too! The thermostat was broken because the batteries were dead. We called the front desk and someone was up in less than 5 minutes to fix it, thank-you! GO LEAFS GO May 11, 2013
