This legendary order has come to symbolize the conviction and determination of the ill-equipped American colonists facing powerful British forces during the famous battle fought on this site on June 17, 1775. The battle is popularly known as "The Battle of Bunker Hill". Today, a 221-foot granite obelisk marks the site of the first major battle of the American Revolution with the Bunker Hill Museum located across the street.

The USS Constitution Museum is located in the Charlestown Navy Yard, which is part of the Boston National Historical Park in Boston, Massachusetts, United States. The museum is situated near the ship USS Constitution at the end of Boston's Freedom Trail. Hours may vary seasonally.

Built in 1798, the State House is the seat of Massachusets' government. Located across from the Boston Common and Public Gardens on top of Beacon Hill the State House is situated on land that was once owned by Massachusetts' first elected Govenor, John Hancock.

Built around 1680, this is the oldest building in downtown Boston. It served as the home of silversmith Paul Revere and his family from 1770 to 1800.

This Episcopal Church was built in 1723 and is Boston's oldest Church building. On the steeple of this chuch, Robert Newman signaled with lanterns the approach of the Brisitsh regulars; "One if by land, and two, if by sea". The steeple is 191 feet tall, making it the tallest steeple in Boston. The bells within were the fist bells ever brought to America and Paul Revere was one of its bell ringers. The high box pews and brass chandeliers, as well as the Church's first clock are all original.
