This property is very nice, albeit somewhat tricky to access. Even with GPS, getting to it the first time was an adventure. The staff was among the friendliest we've encountered. Every thing was neat and clean, but there were two things that we found, shall we say, "unusual".
First was the pillows. These were the smallest pillows we've ever seen in a hotel room, especially on a king size bed! Not much larger than a throw pillow or crib pillow. Certainly not the pair of "Soft" & "Firm" king size pillows we normally find at HI.
The other was the toilet. We understand that water conservation is important, but this toilet was laughable. Yes, it was a Lo-Flush design. But, it was also short;. We didn't request a Handicapped Accessible room, but next time we stay here we will. We're old enough that folding our legs to sit on it was uncomfortable. It felt like were were in a Hobbit Accessible room!! It's a small (pun intended) problem, but nonetheless, noteworthy.

Front desk staff was very friendly and provided excellent suggestions on things to do and places to see. Room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

I was there when it was almost 100 degrees outside. When I first went into the room, the temperature was close to 60, way too cold for me, and unneccesarily so in my opinion. I turned up the AC, then it got too hot quickly. Plus, like most of the hotel chains, the covers were either too hot unless the room was kept at 60. On the upside, the staff was very friendly and efficient.
