My wife and I RON'd at this Holliday Inn enroute to a business meeting in Mobile, Alabama. Facility looked good from outside, but that's where it began and ended.
The room was typical of most hotels, clean and decently appointed, but there were so many things wrong that the stay was miserable.
The toilet would not flush. I had to fill the ice bucket with water from the sink faucet and pour it into the toilet to effect a flush. The TV channel guide in the room had no correlation whatsoever with the actual TV channels. This made finding a desired channel/show disconcerting when it would not have been had the correct guide been provided. There was so little water pressure in the room that taking a shower was impossible, so we both did without one. Additionally, when I turned on the shower faucets, murky brown water came out of the shower head.
We have stayed at several Holiday Inns over the years, and occasionally there have been problems (such as TV's that did not work properly), but this was the worst Holiday Inn experience ever!

Management condoned at least a dozen teenagers drinking and smoking while hosting a party across multiple rooms that spilled into the hallway at 3am. These unregistered guests verbally assaulted me when I asked them to be more quiet. Front desk failed to do anything.

First, I thought the breakfast buffet would be included in the price of the room as an amenity. It was not. It was an additional charge per person. For the price, we decided to try it. The attendant confirmed our name and room number (I guess so we could qualify for the "discounted" price). In my opinion I found the offerings on the buffet to be mediocre. And, I could not find any orange juice. When we asked where the Orange Juice was, we were told that OJ was an additional charge. I refused to pay it, and drank water with my breakfast. The attendant was sympathetic, but could help us. I left a dissatisfied customer.
The room itself was adequate and clean.
We will be looking for other accommodations on our next trip to Vicksburg.
