Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel with good location Stayed here for business while participating in the flood response efforts. The hotel has a good location right off I-20, and it's close to the Battlefield if you have some time to tour it. The stay was good-the hotel room was modern and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, there were a decent number of outlets, and the Wifi worked reasonably well. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than I usually see at a Holiday Inn. Good range of food and plenty of it. Overall a good stay and I can definitely recommend it if you're in Vicksburg. January 16, 2016

Would caution that while there is a very nice and clean indoor/outdoor pool, the water is not heated meaning that it is not usable in the winter. Otherwise, a big thumbs up. January 11, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing.. At least the restaurant was good.. Where do I start? We arrived and checked in around 3p. Thankfully the check in was easy and the front desk was nice. The room is very spacious and clean however the bed is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE resulting in a sore body the next morning. We made our way to the restaurant and i'm thankful we did! The restaurant was the best part of our stay. Jarryd S Offered amazing service. He was very polite and on top of his job! The food was beyond delicious! We had the pleasure of meeting the cook "Dee" He was also very nice and friendly! On the was back to the room I tried speaking to the lady at front desk and she was extremely rude! I called her (around 7-8p) to get info on breakfast and she was short, snappy, and uninformative . We stopped by the "indoor" pool it was freezing. this pool isn't winter friendly at all! We didn't get any rest that night due to all of the noises (and the uncomfortable bed).. The people above us was running and stomping until around 1:30a. You could hear every time someone went down the hall and into their rooms. The noise started again at 5a. Housekeeping was very loud knocking on doors laughing and talking in the halls. We decided to get up and go eat breakfast.. When we got there the buffet was practically empty. They were putting more food out but it was little to none. I've stayed at several holiday inns and this is by far the worst experience i've ever had at a Holiday Inn.. January 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, quiet and nicely appointed property! Efficient check in by a courteous clerk. my room on the ground floor was clean, and quiet. The heating system was quiet and worked ! Nice hot water in shower with a strong flow. This place had some nice amenities which I noticed but didn't use. It definitely will be on my list of stop over locations during future travels. The only challenge. You will have to use your GPS to get to it. Visible from I-20 but it may be a bit challenging to get to. January 5, 2016
