Room was new with a couple of things that could be improved but over-all we were very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was good with many people enjoying the food. Staff worked hard to keep up and I noticed their willingness to please the guest. We will stay with Holiday Inn when we travel by car. June 18, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff, hotel needs improvement My husband and I stayed one night on our way to gulf shores. The hotel has nice decor and Katie at the desk was very friendly. I was impressed upon arrival. However, there were several issues during our stay and since we were only there one night it was not worth reporting the issues and trying to get th fixed. For starters, we like to use the fitness room when we are on the road and when we went down to use it the air conditioning was broken and the room was 85 degrees. The treadmill was also broken so we tried but could not work out. The tv in our room had horrible reception, the picture kept fading in and out and was distorted. The sheets on one of the beds were stained and looked like maybe they had not been changed. I had to go to the front desk to get new sheets and change the bed. Not what I expect from an IHG property. We did appreciate the free breakfast in the morning which is not typical of a full serve hotel. June 1, 2014
