Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by General information for your use The hotel is generally clean and the employees are very friendly. My room is comfortable enough although the beds are very firm, much to my dislike. The breakfast is very good but challenges my ability to eat is before departing for business. 6 am would be a much better start time for breakfast since many of your customers are business travelers. My room was not cleaned one day during my stay. The lounge is not managed very well. They tend to run out of varieties of beers frequently, keep no fresh fruit (limes/oranges) or other items for drink garnishment. Hotel guide (located in room) says the lounge is open until 11pm when in fact they close at 9pm regardless of the customers still at the bar. April 16, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable I booked a room for my daughter her husband and my two granddaughter just to get away for the weekend..They had an awesome stay loved the hotel said it was very elegant and clean the food was great ,the beds were so comfortable the girls didn't want to leave.If you are in the Vicksburg,Ms.this is the place to stay .weekend , vacation stay or business trip I highly recommend this hotel you will not regret it...Plan on staying here again soon. Special praise for Miguel at the front desk who was able to change our room from a King to a Double to accommodate my family, even though the hotel was fully booked. Very nicely decorated interior, very comfortable rooms, although walls and floors seem thin. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, far better than buffets I've had at 4-star hotels. Will definitely stay here again in the future. March 22, 2013
