The room was very small and paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling. However, housekeeping kept the room very clean. June 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Atlanta trip May 2016 I was attending a conference at the Georgia World Conference Centre. The hotel was ideal as it was only a few minutes walk away. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, both the reception staff and concierge service went out of their way to help me when I encountered a couple of challenges. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Undergoing a Transition - Look Other Places We stayed at this hotel for memorial day Weekend. The location is great, right in downtown next to centennial park. I made this reservation back in the middle March to make sure I had a room at a decent price for the busy Memorial Day weekend. We checked in and the employee at the desk had to inform us that the hotel is not longer a part of IHG Rewards and is undergoing a transition, and I will not receive any credit of rewards points for my stay, and it was effective starting that day. Not only was I unable to receive any rewards points, the hotel restaurant, bar, and all amenities were closed. We walked up to our room where I had requested two queen beds. The room had two full size beds, not queens as advertised and requested. After all of this inconvenience, we did not get any sort of credit, or discounted rate for the hotel. I HIGHLY recommend that you look other places to stay in downtown Atlanta until this hotel fully undergoes this transition period. I was very disappointed with this hotel and the lack of customer service they were able to provide. May 31, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful stay I stayed here to attend a local conference and everything was wonderful. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive and responded to any needs I had. Food was good and not as expensive as you usually find in a hotel restaurant. Location is perfect for downtown attractions. Definitely reccommend. May 26, 2016

Just to be sure I would like the Manager to check up if the Janitor had fixed the unhinged hinges and the loose screws of the clothes closet that are content to merely hang lose rather than tightly hold the door to the frame. Also please remind the housekeeping staff who were very helpful to make the bed very day the guest is returning to the room not just before he he checks in and after bed has felt the last of the guests back. I really liked the Coffee and tea supplies. I would have liked to have some half and half creamers in the fridge or the liquid creamers like mini-moo that don't need refrigeration. The hall ways were bright enough and had colorful art. May 22, 2016
