Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by My stay in Collins Although the hotel was going through renovation the renovation did not affect my stay. They still provided breakfast which was decent. The room was a little loud due to the road traffic in the early morning. Next time I would request a room on the side away from the road. May 19, 2015

Holiday Inn Express is usually my, "go to" hotel for the simple fact they have yet to let me down as far as quality of stay. The beds are comfortable, staff is always friendly, and who can beat a free breakfast? The CR location is no exception, I look forward to seeing how the renovations turn out. May 14, 2015

I wish I would have requested a frig and microwave. I forgot that it isn't always included. I got a good nights sleep. Nice restaurant next door to eat at. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by employed ihg member The over all satisfaction was good. at check-in, I was not treated as I would treat my rrewards guests. My name was not mentioned by the female staff checking in guests, I was not told how many bonus points given. I was not told of any of the hotels amenities. No staff appeared to have name tags. My room was very clean, but had issues with getting the door open due to the handles being put on upside down. Once I was told off this problem in the 2nd night I didn't have any more issues with the door. I did have an issue with the toilet plumbing, I went to the front desk for assistance, a male staff fixed the problem promptly. when I made my reservation for the2 night using my rewards points, the staff were very accommodating with allowing me to stay in the same room. housekeeping was very helpful. I requested no service. They provided me with clean towels and wash clothes. Staff not wearing a name tag but was very helpful and friendly. at checkout I was not asked about my stay. But was given well wishes for my trip . And no pancakes on the 2nd morning and the coffee was always cold the entire weekend. May 12, 2015
