The rooms were were very nice, the hotel staff was great, breakfast had a lot of choices and was excellent.

I was in Columbus on business. My partner and I worked long and very late hours while we where there. The front desk staff did an excellent job, placing us in an area that was peaceful. I say this, because there was a wrestling team staying there also. So thanks to the desk staff. Now, the, "+ One".
One day we worked from 7am to 2 am. We did not get to stop for dinner. We basically crawled into the lobby. Melody, was at the front desk, in a much better mood than we were. I asked her to change a $20, so I could get dinner out of the vending machine. At 2:15am, we did not see anything open, we were in Columbus, NE. She said keep the money, and she would fix us breakfast. What would we like? I thought she was joking, I was wrong. She did fix us breakfast, and we were able to workout, our next move to complete that job. I do not expect this type of treatment, out of every Holiday Inn stay, but it was so good to get THAT" service, that night. I failed to complete the card that was giving to me at check-in, and I really wanted to let your guys know how much I appreciated Melody's affection. Yes, affection, that was well beyond the call of duty. Thanks Melody!!!!
