Check in was quick and easy. The bed was comfortable, the tv was great. The lighting outside the bathroom was out as well as the vanity next to the bed. The evening staff were able to fix one light and left the other for the morning crew. The morning staff did not fix anything and the front desk staff tried to convince my wife it was suppose to be that way....I'm glad it was a short stay. Price per room was high.

Dependable quality of the Express brand--very friendly and accommodating staff.
The Zinfindel wing is a little noisy from nearby traffic on the east and the west sides if you are trying to get any work done during the day. Can't leave the sliding door open for fresh air.
I will ask for the other wing next stay.

Great location, clean, friendly staff and awesome breakfast that we didn't expect! The front desk staff was awesome, she accommodated us for an early check in and was very helpful.
This hotel was clean, and quiet. This was our first time in the Pismo area and we will definitely stay here again when we return.

Our stay was great! The staff was very helpful. I requested a crib and they had the crib ready for us in our room. The breakfast had a good variety and we definitely are going to stay again.

bad idea to have a outdoor pool and hot tub in the fog. also the floor that we were on didn't have a secure door to the out side. the breakfast room way to small a lot of guest had to wait for a table. the motel is old and needs to be up dated. the staff was friendly
