The room was very nice except that the furniture wasn't in great shape. The tables would wiggle and didn't feel very stable. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. I was there 3 nights and my room was cleaned once. I have no idea why. I didn't have the "Do not disturb" sign displayed. The wifi was almost non-existent and there were no movies or tv shows to purchase, just regular tv. The location was great, about 6 minutes from the airport. The room and bathroom were very clean. The maids carried on a loud conversation one morning about 9 am while I was still attempting to sleep. I recommend this hotel for cleanliness, good staff and how close it was to the airport. The wifi and tv situation were both very disappointing and the maids should have come everyday and should have been quieter when visiting each other in the hall. But the maid who cleaned my room did a good job and was very nice.

We enjoyed our stay at this HIE. It's very close to downtown and in a convenient location in relation to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate. This property is relatively new, so that helped the condition of the grounds, room, and building. Our guest room was not cleaned, which I didn't expect considering when we left there were several housekeeping members on our floor, but I didn't complain about it. We did leave around noon, but I wouldn't think that would be too late to get a room cleaned. The bathroom looked clean and I did like the up-to-date fixtures, tile, shower, furniture, and spacious feel of the room. I liked that a free breakfast was offered, that was a nice perk, especially for the price we paid on Valentine's Day weekend. I did book the room online about a week before our visit. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. I was there for business, but they made it a pleasure being there.
