The only downside we encountered was the shower curtain was dirty (mildew, I'm assuming) and when you turned the water on, and it got wet, it became very stinky. In addition, there was a dirty hand towel (stained with something) included in the sink area. September 25, 2014

I had issues with my room key daily and she always gave me a hard time about fixing my key and always had a smart remark to me, her name was Kelsey. Not the tall Kelsey but shorter. Room cleaning staff always did good. Breakfast and manager special meals were by far the worst I've had at a hotel. Rhonda was also annoying. September 23, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Hotel My wife and I stayed at this hotel coming back from northern Illinois.We could have stayed at other hotels on the way,but decided to drive so we could stay at this Holiday Inn Express.The stay was great and the staff was so friendly and courteous.We will be coming back to the area this weekend,and we will be staying at this hotel.We will be checking in late,as we will be getting a late afternoon start.I am looking forward to staying this with you all this weekend. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The best in the area. I visit Fort Campbell several times a year and I've stayed at all of the surrounding hotels in Oak Grove at least once. I kept returning to the Holiday Inn Express so now I've made it my go-to hotel. I've always had clean comfortable rooms, helpful staff and no problems with my stays. The breakfast options and hours are greater here than anywhere else, hands down. The pool is nice, though usually overrun with children. The only thing I've noticed is the lack of consistency in being greeted as an IHG rewards member. Sometimes I'm greeted and there were snacks or complimentary bottled water in my room, other times no recognition at all. It's not a big deal, just one minor thing in an otherwise flawless hotel experience. September 21, 2014
