Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and a wonderful place We travel many times throughout the year and this hotel is our destination at least 2-3 times per year. The pool is amazing and their hours of operation for the pool are great for a late arrive and kids who want to just swim for a bit before they go to bed. The food is good, with their staff attending to you with great manners and the start of southern hospitality. May 30, 2016

Only hitch was the air conditioning system which was not functioning the way it should. This was reported to clerk at checkout. May 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our overnight stay April 15 As you can tell based on the above ratings, we were very pleased with our stay, however, after reviewing my IHG acct activity, we never received our 500 bonus points from your hotel. The notation on my acct. activity is 0 points from your Hotel. We stayed in 2 other Holiday Inn Express Hotels on our way back to WI from FL & rec'd the 500 points from both of those Hotels. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rewards points not added I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Oak Grove for my sisters retirement ceremony in Ft Campbell. My family and I have stayed at this location before and loved it. Unfortunately this time the stay was not so pleasant. I will say overall, our stay was good however, I was very upset to find dirty underwear under my bed which were left from the previous guest. I started not to mention it but later I found a baby's pacifier under the other bed. I was upset and was feeling as if my room wasn't properly cleaned. I mentioned to the housekeeping manager and she was very kind and apologetic. she even assured me since I was an rewards member and for my inconvenience they would give me additional points along with what I would already receive for my stay which is based on dollars spent. Well I did receive the extra points they mentioned. However, I did not get the credit, or points I was already entitled too for my stay May 9, 2016
