Horrible experience when taking to the manager. Did not even listen to any of my concerns and kept cutting me out and being short.

We would highly recommend this hotel. It was our first experience of staying in a Holiday Inn Express and it will certainly not be the last, particularly this property. thank you.

We always call hotels in advance and speak to management about traveling with a service dog. In this case, the general manager was very accommodating and provided us with a ground floor room convenient to getting outside.
The only issue we had was a foul smell emanating from either the drain or carpet in the vanity area. It was not intolerable and we liked the room location, so we did not request a change. Upon check-out, I thanked the general manager for his assistance and made mention of the smell. He was appreciative that we said something so he could rectify the problem. So excellent marks in terms of the service!
Other than that, the hotel is very comfortable, with nice amenities such as pool, spa and gym. The breakfast is great with a wide variety of options.
We would happily stay here again if we return to the area for another leisure holiday.
