I don't normally write bad reviews, but I would like to give everyone a brief heads up. The hotel itself was not that bad, however the water was very cold, which made it difficult to clean our three small children after traveling all day. Furthermore, I waited to take a shower until the morning due to the cold water the night before and it was still cold in the morning. Also, we got a 2 queen sized executive room, however when we pulled the pull out bed to make for our children, the mattress was very filthy. It had little black hairs all over, plus a clipped toenail. So, our children had to sleep on the floor instead of on a bed. I'm glad I brought an extra sleeping bag. In the morning, the breakfast buffett room was very small. We had to wait in order to get a seat, and even then it was very crowded. Finally, when I was checking out, I was informing the front desk attendent of our problems and she told me she would look into. However, she didn't note which room I was in, the problems I reported, or even looked me in the eye. It was almost as if she was just placating me in order to get me to leave. I would recommend to travelors to bite the bullet and either travel to Reno if you are heading that direction and are an avid Holiday Inn customer like myself. I will probably never be back to this hotel. I have stayed in Holiday Inns all across Nevada, Oregon, California, and Utah and this is by far the most unpleasant experience I have had in one.

Comfy bed with good soundproofing. I got a good night's sleep! Nice complimentary breakfast included. Since I did not bring my laptop with me, I enjoyed having access to a computer and a printer. I would definitely stay here again.
