Sauteed boneless breast of chicken stuffed with boursin cheese, topped with a white wine veloute garnished with leeks and carrots and served with garden rice pilaf. Includes choice between 4 salads, beverages, rolls & butter and choice of one of six scrumptous desserts.
The Plaza Dinner Buffet
Tossed salad with assorted relishes and dressings, house style caesar salad, italian antipasto display, choice of 2 entrees to include baked Atlantic salmon with walnut cream sauce or Cajun shiimp and chicken fettuccine alfredo, assorted rolls & butter, chef's choice of starch and vegetables and a three choice dessert buffet to end the delightful meal. Turkey Focaccia Sandwich
Thinly sliced turkey piled on focaccia bread with provolone, cucumber, tomato and sweet basil salsa, served with pasta salad, beverage and dessert.
Roasted Pork Loin
Crusted with a fresh herb and mustard blend, it is then slow roasted and touched with red onion marmalade and served with roasted new potatoes. Salad, beverages and desserts are served with meal.
Midwestern Buffet
Tossed salad, creamy cole slaw and country potato salad, southern fried chicken, beef barbecue, pork chop with mushroom gravy, oven roasted new potatoes and green beans with corn and red peppers. Assorted rolls and butter, coffee, decaf, tea and dessert trays served tableside.
