    Ran out of towels and toiletries No maid service EVER came to the room. By the time I left I had two bags full of trash in the kitchen

    This was our first time to stay at a Candlewoid Suites, and we were very impressed!
    The room was clean and comfortable, and we slept great! The staff was professional and friendly. Woukd definitely recommend! staying here!

    Clean and friendly place

    Very nice lace to stay in Cape.
    The kitchenette is just right.
    The only small complaint I have is that the window heater unit stayed on ALL night, not even that cold and was a little annoying.
    Staff was helpful.

    Good Location Needs TLC

    The hotel is in a great location for travelers. However in the past 4 years this hotel has gone down hill quickly. The furniture is beat to heck. The rooms need a better cleaning, the common areas are a mess. Overall I would not recommend this hotel.

    I stay at your hotel several times a year and enjoy my stay very much. The convenience of the kitchen and refrigerator is appreciated. It's always clean and they are very accomodating when we want to check in a little earlier than the normal check in time. Our room is always neat and the temperature is just right. We have never had any issues. I love the pool and the conveniences of being able to get a coffee before going to my room, or leaving. They have several kinds of tea and several breakfast things available for purchase. There is plenty of parking and it's well lit. We feel safe staying at your properties. Joanne

    Cozy for the Winter.

    Room wasn't cleaned, no new towels, no toilet paper, asked for new towels and had to go get them ourselves. Internet did not work. Way too expensive for all the problems we had. Will not stay again.
