Outdated hotel

Nice staff but hotel is outdated and has a cockroach infestation. Will not return.

Great hotel, close to Dallas Love Field with 24 hr shuttle service. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, kitchenette. Friendly staff, not noisy even next to elevator.

All I have to say is bed bugs. Don’t ever stay here! We were there less than 5 minutes…questionable people walking around (no security), weird smells, smoking in our hallway, and bed bugs were crawling on the mattress. We saw them! Gross! We were refunded our night, but we were left with nowhere to stay at night…and a very early flight. Manager never contacted us to apologize or make it right.

Fix the weak and saturated bathroom floors that have panels coming up and warped and black mold. Sewer smell in bathroom. You replaced good hotel management with no help people. You have your help and friends living in the hotel. The hotel has installed soap dispenser attached to wall that disabled wheelchair individual can’t use. All the nice amenities like popcorn in the rooms, etc, does not exist anymore. A/C unit won’t work from thermostat.

This is convenient to the hospitals. Showing its age but overall a nice place. Will stay there again as needed for both personal and medical trips. People were very nice. Hope the upgrade the towels, they have been greatly loved and are ready to update.

Aged property in need of renovation

Property is clearly showing its age. Desperately in need of renovation. Room was missing half the items supposed to be in it. (This is an extended stay property after all)
None of staff seemed excited to be there. They weren't rude, just there seemed no motivation. Had cockroaches I'm bathroom. (Have photograph) Staff wasn't even motivated to come examine. It was clear they knew of issue and thus coming to room to notated was too much work.

Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was the single room bed was a double and not a Queen size. Plus it had a bad dip in the middle of the bed.
Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. Adequate kitchen facilities.

The hotel met our needs for a 5 day stay for three family members. The location was convenient. We were able to reduce expenses by utilizing the kitchen facilities. The room fees were reasonable, particularly because the hotel provides a discounted fee to guests affiliated with UT Southwestern Hospital
