Spacious and clean room

The room had a full kitchen and large bedroom. The booking said queen bed but it looked more like a king. Comfortable mattress. The bathroom was stocked with liquid shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay

This was a great stay, comfortable room, easy checkin ant the amenities were awesome. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for an extended stay.

After having to make an emergency trip to Enid. We were able to get a room here as we always stay here when coming to Enid. The staff was very help full and got us a room for two nights. Having to extend our trip I booked two more nights on a booking site. When out two nights were up we had our bill slid under our door as this hotel does on check-out day.
When I got home and reviewed my card statement I saw that I had been charged for an extra day that I did not book. I called to talk to the manager and after being disconnected 10 times I was able to talk to her. I was told yes a mistake had been made and she would have her GM fix it. A week went by and I called back to ask about it and was told the manager was out and she would call me when she got back. I left more messages and no call back. Two weeks I left a review on a booking site and I got a call back. They keep trying to tell me the booking site booked that extra day. The booking site tells me no way did they book that night. This should had been easily fixed if management was professional and not trying to sneak extra charges onto guest cards. The staff at this hotel are very awesome friendly and helpful in every way.
The management has been very un-professional not returning calls and coming up with lies about this room being booked. I will never stay at this hotel or any other IHG hotels until I get an apology from the management of this Hotel for the run around I have got.
So if you stay at this hotel you will enjoy the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff however do check your card when you get home to make sure management did not over charge you.

Great suite but with older and broken furniture. Room had great amities. Water pressure in shower was less then desired but did the job. Maids enjoyed talking between rooms as heard in the room. Room key stopped working third day in had to get it rekeyed between the reception smoke breaks.

We would have appreciated an extra coffee packet in the room. We enjoyed a cup when we checked into the room & then we had to drink decaf the next morning.
Great place for a work trip

I always try to have a kitchen, so I am able to cook my own food. The room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was absent some silverware however for what I needed it was adequate. The staff was great and very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfy, and I was able to get good rest. Only thing I was unhappy with was the sofa in the living room was terribly uncomfortable and we were unable to stream on the TV. A good roku TV would be awesome in that room. And of course, a new couch. I would stay again.

See previous comments. Was moved and was not happy about it. Manager spent hour with us trying to fix problems and breakfast was a joke. Find it unsatisfactory

As mentioned before, the hotel is convenient and the staff was very nice. Could do without the roaches and the dirty socks from the previous customer.

The room was clean and it was easy to change-out towels. The TV was difficult to figure out. The front desk person came to the room and explained the controls. Later when we tried it, the volume would not go up higher than a distant sound and was unusable, really. The coffee in the lobby room as well as the guest room was really awful. The HVAC unit in the room was too loud to be usable so we opened the window for air and listened to traffic all night.

The hotel was very clean, centrally located on the main road into town (east side). Rooms are spacious, clean, in working order. Kitchen area was well maintained and had a full size refrigerator. Great value for the price.

We always stay at Candlewood when we go to Enid. They have a friendly staff, clean premises, and very comfortable beds. You get a nice cozy feeling being there. I wish they had breakfast though, that would really seal the deal!
