Great professionalism from all staff members, always willing to help their guests. The property looks clean overall probably a little bit of cigarette smoke odor on the floor level that could be taken care off. Swimming pool was a bit cold forna few days during our stay. I recommend that the hotel provides a more comfortable sofa bed since the current ones are uncomfortable even for my kids who complained about feeling the coils of the sofa bed on their back. Pillow selection could improve as well but I understand this is a business hotel. A few points that would make this hotel reach the excellence. I will return to Candlewood Querétaro on my next trip.

...not very quiet, you can hear everything at the upper floor.
the location is excellent, and the toilet is very comfy too great space..., the only bad thing is the tv is not smart, so we can´t see netflix.

This facility is great, staff always is looking to help and support your stay, facilities are clean and safe. Amenities around the hotel are good as well.

Sólo hacen la cama. el piso muy sucio, no limpian el piso. No ponen suficiente papel de baño. Sigue siendo el mejor hotel de Querétaro para hospedarse con mascotas, pero hace falta poner atención a la limpieza de la habitación.

調理できます。
スタッフも親切で対応も丁寧です。
