This was a very nice hotel to stay at, the staff was very friendly and I didnt have any issues while i stayed.
The rooms were clean and they even have a nice gym

I wasn’t impressed by this place. The parking was easy, the staff friendly enough, but there was just something about the room I didn’t care for besides the curtain. I was glad I didn’t have to stay longer. I wonder if there were other IHG options in the area that I would have enjoyed.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, large variety of free movies to choose from. Dog friendly...provided little dog bag with ball, poop bags. Very good restaurant next door (China City) as well as others within short driving distance.

Some staff were excellent and others were afraid to say they made a mistake and blamed others. My only real complaint is the business office not having a working printer. That did make things difficult.

I would recommend this candlewood based off the service and staff alone. I had a slight issue with a room and it was fixed immediately. every stay here has been easy and the pleasant staff help and no issues when I had to shorten or lengthen my stays. free laundry is definitely a bonus as well.

I travel a lot for work. This was a business trip. I get tired of eating at restaurants, so it was very nice to be able to make myself a meal. I also enjoyed being able to take a long bath.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. The place is kept up very well, everything is clean and comfortable. I have stayed here on two separate occasions for work, and recommended this to other folks I know who come to this area for work. I noticed small upgrades between my 1st time and this time (for ex., a new coffee machine) and so I really appreciate that this hotel takes good care of things and adds improvements!

CLEAN!! QUIET!! comfortable, great location!! great service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are in the neighborhood. must be a newer built hotel as everything was up to date.
also the service was great , had no issues asking for extras.

Not greater as a rewards remember. There’s no breakfast. Good value though. Will stay again.
