As the only place in Texarkana that would take a cat I had no choice as we were traveling xcountry with her. The room was bedraggled and had no barriers for pets under the bed and over cabinets. There was no way to reach the front desk when i had to call to make changes to the reservation; i tried email but the manager didn’t call after she asked for my phone number; the issue could have been resolved by email too.

There was only one person checking customers in. She was overworked. The trash can in front of the desk was overflowing and remained that way until over night. Something spilled in the lobby and was never cleaned up.

It was my first time staying at the hotel and i will definitely be returning for another stay. The location is great and the check in woman was very helpful. The queen suite will be the only one I get when I stay lol

I did not like anything about the stay. I didn't stay at the hotel because the AC in my room was not working properly and the room was too hot to stay. I informed the attendant of the issue and she stated to wait a few minutes to allow the room to cool. I ran an errand which was about 2 hours and the room was still hot. I asked if I could get another room and was told that the room I was in was one of the best rooms and didn't have history of AC issues. I checked in and out on the same day and checked into another hotel. The customer service was horrible and will not be coming back to this hotel.
