    reserved an online rate through candlewood/IHG site at 87 per night but was charged 97 per night. local site said they could not / would not give refund.
    TV service is poor. works, but you cant even get a guide with programs to appear.
    WIFI absolutely SUCKS! if you want continuous service, you WONT get it here. cuts out completely every 10 minutes or so.
    Bed was very noisy and hard.
    Staff was friendly and helpful in some aspects but not capable in other aspects.

    Room looked clean and tidy. While putting away my clothes I came across the clothes of the previous guest that housekeeping failed to find and remove.

    The ceiling in my room was peeling away above the TV, looked like the result of previous water damage.

    When I got into bed and was starting to fall asleep I felt something crawling on me. I jumped out of bed and turned on the lights and found a small black beatle like bug on the bottom sheet. Needless to say I didnt sleep well the rest of the night.

    I would like to personally thank the Manager and staff at the White Settlement location,from Tony the manager to the front desk staff,Angel, and all the other staff who made my stay GREAT. Everyone treated me extremely well I felt as if
    I was at home the staff all knew me by name made sure I
    was comfortable ,treated me professionally ,kindly
    and also like I said made me feel like I was at home. I
    would recommend this hotel to anybody that travels. I do
    travel alot with my job and I'm on the road alot and this hotel takes very good care of me,but I would like to say to
    the staff, this is one of my favorite places to stay. I
    recommend it to all my co-workers and also to anyone traveling in that area thank you for a great stay I will

    The Candlewood suites allowed me the time to get my moving boxes opened without having to sleep in the house until it was more organized. A bonus was being able to have my small dog with me in a dog friendly setting.
