Rooms are okay but no any breakfast and sound of AirCon noisy

Overall hotel and staff are good but there is no breakfast and restaurants around that area are not open in the morning. So, everyone have to think about the breakfast. The only problem is the sounds of air conditioning very noisy

This is a new property located in a great area. I hope to return for a stay in the future as it was very enjoyable. The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Check-in went well as the two receptionists were nice. I was genuinely recognized at check-in for my IHG status unlike other hotels. It is a hard hotel for taxis to find which can cause the Uber driver to cancel if you don’t make the extra time to specify. We stayed in a couple of hotels in the area and it was similar experiences so the higher price to stay one night was not favorable. The service is great per my check in and even the different receptionist at 3 a.m. was very nice

Two layer entry system with key card entry requirement felt very safe. Rooms were clean, meeting area- veranda and view from common areas was very nice. Amenities area was well stocked, staff were available for assistance as needed

Hotel nuevo en muy buena zona, ubicando dentro de una zona comercial. Habitaciones cómodas, cama increíble.
El cupboard bien y el cafe buenísimo.
Atención del personal bastante buena

Debemos saber que el hotel no está terminado al 100 % y no tener que pagar $450 extras por el uso del Gym de la plaza comercial aunado a que la primer día tuve agua caliente espero algún tipo de recompensa en puntos por esto
