The rooms were roomy and comfortable. The beds were so nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a great selection. Everyone was so helpful and nice.

I needed to book a room last minute. Front desk was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Received a good nights sleep, enjoyed a nice warm breakfast and late check out. IHG is my first choice in hotel stays-
I will be back!

Very convenient great service

We came here to purchase a vehicle. Everything about the hotel was fantastic very conveniently place we barely had to drive anywhere. Great restaurants within walking distance. The lady at the front desk was very nice and caring. The only thing i would change is the drinks at breakfast were a bit watered down that we thought the orange juice was lemonade.

Amazing staff great room

Suite was amazing. The pull out bed made staying with the kids even easier. Breakfast was delicious. Staff gave us great recommendations for trip and meal ideas during our stay. They even stepped in when our neighbors were a little "to excited" and helped restore the quite so we could sleep. Definitely will stay here again when in idaho Falls.

This hotel was located in the perfect place next to a mall, restaurants, a hospital, and center of town. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the staff were all friendly and professional. We would definitely stay here again if needed. We also enjoyed a good breakfast with better than normal bacon, eggs, and sausage biscuits.

I stay at the Holiday Inn Express whenever I am in Idaho Falls. It is clean, friendly, and affordable. The staff is friendly and the pool is open 24 hours a day.

Stayed here for business and rented a few rooms. Rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. Appear to e recently remodeled. Very happy with my stay and will be booking there again in the future. I would recommend to others.

Front desk staff were kind, beds are comfortable, pool and hot tub were open but heater in pool is broken and gets on hot tub are also broken. Sheets and towels are soft. Gluten free options at breakfast.

I enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit. The friendly, welcoming staff greeted me almost every time they saw me. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. The omelette was a little undercooked, but the other breakfast food items were tasty. Thanks for ax pleasant visit.
