We honestly loved everything about our stay other than the advertised hot cooked to order breakfast being a grab bag (understandable because of Covid but should be advertised as such). The staff, room, and style were overall wonderful!

over all the service is great with the exception of the Internet is really bad I been staying in the same hotel for 6 months and I have brought it to management many times but nothing has been done

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. They had a beautiful green space / courtyard in which you could sit out side and enjoy. This space would be wonderful for families with children to play.

I thought the staff was very friendly. I had zero issues with the front desk staff or the staff at the restaurant. My room however was not quite up to par. Seemed fairly clean but the bathroom needs some work. Maybe I got stuck in the janky room since I redeemed points for my stay.

The food was subpar. Few choices and my waffle came super under cooked. I could not eat it, but my daughter enjoyed her French toast.

I really want enjoyed my stay. The front desk was amazing and very helpful in finding my way around town. Holiday Inn is alway a solid choice in hotels.

The room was great,loved the jacuzzi tub In the room and food, a lot of fun activities, perfect little getaway for yourself, definitely would recommend!

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years for business. As a woman alone I always feel safe here. I usually don’t go out after work; and like to enjoy the restaurant and outdoor area. This location is also great for families. They have a basketball court, putting green and a really nice pool area. I would recommend this Holiday Inn in Carlsbad.

Great service, very comfortable and clean. Everything felt brand new and very safe. Would definitely return to this hotel. Only wish the hot tub was open!
