Comfortable bed and great service

Had a great experience, room was great, Restaurant service and food quality was great. Facility was very clean and comfortable. We loved the Park and Fly option.

If you like hard bed this is the place for you , but if not avoid this place .

This hotel is right next to the airport so it is convient for those that have early flights. The hotel is clean and has a pretty good Burger place right off the lobby. The staff was friendly. We had an issue with one of our beds not being or looking clean, it could have just been a stain, but the staff took care of it right away. Moved us down the hall to another room and everything was great. The manager even followed up with us. I would recommend this hotel again.

Rooms were nice. Told we had water in room and did not. Burger Theory food was average. Thought my burger would be awesome...not so much. Beds and overall room were nice.
Appreciate airport transfers, but ended up not taking them. Got to pick up 25 minutes for them to return in the cold. Took a taxi and paid 30.00. They ripped me off, but i couldn't wait another 25 minutes.

This hotel has very clean rooms great staff. I would like it they at least offered hot to go breakfast sandwiches though.

I stayed with you and had a great experience. With our trip back to Indiana we stayed in a competitors hotel in Jackson Tennessee. The experience there was a night and day difference from the time we walked in the front door. We don’t travel away from home very often where we have to stay over night but I will drive the extra distance to stay with the Holiday Inn family while on the road.

Great hotel and people. Maybe a COVID related issue but the information on the IHG website does not match the actual hotel amenities. Example, breakfast hours are not the same as listed on the website. We missed breakfast on the first day there because of it. While the real hours were posted the next morning we did not see them when we arrived late in the night. Not a big thing, but still, IHG should be able to keep up with the actual offerings. I will blame us for not being observant enough, but them for not matching. Still a great place to rest and great workers that all made our experience there a great!

This hotel was above my expectations. The staff was friendly, room was spacious clean and comfortable and their pool was accessible. Wish I had more time to check out the gym, but overall we truly enjoyed our stay!

Everything was good. The only down side was there was only 1 decaf coffee and 1 cup in the room for it. We use regular coffee. The front desk later supplied us with 2 coffees but didn’t notice the cup shortage until it was too late. Other than that, we had a nice time.
