A gem on Clearwater Beach

Go, stay here, you won't be sorry. Many of the other places are louder, more party oriented and for a juvenile crowd. This place is comfortable, clean and it is the place you really want to be. See you in Clearwater at the Holiday Inn.

I felt very relaxed while staying in my room. The bathroom and show were very nice and very clean. I like that they have the new clean remote for the tv. Room service was accurate and very quick to get orders to the room.

We have stayed here many times and haven’t been disappointed. The property is older but well maintained. The gulf laps up to the properties edge which is amazing and beautiful. The main beach is a block to the right...the hotel itself has a small beach twice a day which is great for finding shells. Dolphin sightings are daily. Highlight of everyday is watching the sun going down from the waters edge on a comfy beach lounge! Many restaurants, shops, groceries, and mini golf course within walking distance.

Harvest gold and avocado green walls and curtains need updating. That was popular 50 yrs ago. Bathroom door is rotting out. Hallway carpet need updating. Facility is being used as a low end timeshare. My first time in a Holiday Inn in many years and probably the last.

We had a nice few from our window. However it would've been better if we were on a floor higher than 2.

Close to major attraction, restaurant and nightlife.
Very clean, good size room. Balcony a must (we really appreciate it).
Great pool area with the bar. Great view of the canal with all the boats passing by.

This is a great hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. Just be aware when you are booking for the price. They hit you with a $20/night parking fee on top of your reservation price. During the day they have someone sitting at the parking lot enterence charging the same for anyone accessing the beach. I think that if I am paying for my room then I shouldn’t have to pay the crazy parking fee.

Hotel is located in a great location, view is great and can walk everywhere. Hotel was clean and most people were friendly.
