the staff, from the check in, breakfast staff and check out staff were amazing, helpful and friendly.
Hasina, in the breakfast area was above and beyond.

Ask About Construction Before You Book

A few things to note. Because of construction, work vehicles have taken up a large amount of parking, so do not miss check in. Our flight was a late one, when we arrived we had to get a parking pass and park at the gas station across the hotel. We weren't entirely comfortable with our new rental being so far out of sight. Once inside we were placed on the 5th floor where construction was ongoing. Between 9-10am while my partner was awake to take a few business calls...a construction crew was already stirring next door with movement and hammering. My boyfriend made the joke that elves were building toys next door to alleviate the situation on his calls. We cut our stay short at that location and moved to another IHG hotel. Finally, this being a reward night...I was surprised to be charged a deposit. I find this odd as that hasn't been the case with other hotel reward nights. Perhaps this is just an IHG feature but at that point it was insult added to injury.

Hotel was not clean. The lobby had an overpowering air freshener smell? I mean it was really strong. The room was musty. The bathroom felt dirty. As I was brushing my teeth I noticed mold under the edge of the sink.

It’s close to airport and provides shuttle to and from airport. But the room is quite outdated. They are doing renovation, so hopefully when it’s done, it will be much better. There’s a Wawa right next to it, a CVS in walking distance about 5-10mins walk. Very convenient location.

Great Service from Breakfast Buffet Employee!

The shining spot on our stay was Hasina, the employee who took care of the breakfast buffet! The pancake machine was out of batter and when we asked her about it, she promptly refilled the machine and, without our asking, made us two pancakes. When I was going to get up to get a cinnamon roll she insisted I stay seated and not only got it for me, she heated it as well. Hasina seems to truly enjoy her job and is an excellent employee.

Never stay here. Terrible and ugly place. Room had really bad odor that would not go away. No one around to spray it. Staff did not offer to change the room. Breakfast in the morning not appetizing. Very few choices. Staff not very helpful. Please find another place to stay.

The staff was very helpful and professional! Although there was construction going on during the day to improve the hotel. The noise was kept to a minimum and did a great job of not inconveniencing my stay. Great time and restful sleep!
