Comfortable beds & great service

Stay is a little far from San Diego but it was quiet and very relaxing at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay! We had no problems at all. Hotel staff was very accommodating when we wanted to add an extra night to our stay.

Dirty, old hotel, no attention from the staff, unsafe since there were bad-looking people, a lot of noise at night, carpets with stains, dirty bed, bathroom smells bad

The process of making a reservation was so easy the staff was very helpful. Upon arrival. The staff at the front desk help me check in told me exactly where to go from my room and upon check out everything was easy I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

The carpet floor was very dirty and disgusting, the tub had some rust and not clean. No hot water

Hotel is comfortable and quiet, I spent one night with my baby girl that had a Sentri appointment the next morning, and the night was quiet and nice for us, I don’t have complains about this hotel,

Stayed here as a last resort for family vacation. The beds were great but the room cleaniless was pretty bad. We had to ask the housekeeper to vaccum after check-in. Busy the first night and being so close to the border was something else!
do yourself a favor and avoid this terrible place

Horrible. Under construction. Mold in the bathroom all over the walls. First room had broken open windows. Extremely noisy. people on the room above mine where jumping around and screaming all night long. They took off at 2 am yelling in the doorway , rolling the suitcases....
extremely expensive for a place worse than a basic motel.

Not happy with this hotel at all. Would not recommend. Hotel posts it is being remodeled, but this was not remodeling issue. Bathroom was nasty dirty and had a hole in middle of ceiling above shower. Tub so dirty, put a towel in tub as to not stand directly on it. Baseboards missing or dirty. Sink didnt drain. Hotel in ALL industrial

The room was nicely sized. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The pull out however was very thin. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good but limited in variety. We were double charged for items from their "store". Once to the card we used to charge them than again to our room. Still waiting on a refund. We asked for fresh towles on the second day but they only had swim towels to offer us. It was an okay experience. It was a lot cheaper than most places in the area. With that being said the quality was better than I had expected. Also the elevator does this weird shaking thing when it reaches the third floor. And the ice machine was out on my floor.

The tolilet seat was broken, the rug was really dirty, and it looks like no one has cleaned the room in long time.
