From the very beginning, I felt the friendliness of the front desk staff.
Everything in the room was perfect (there was enough space for our luggage), and the breakfast variety was satisfying.
There was even a shuttle bus to Disneyland!
Best of all, the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

This hotel has friendly staff, good rooms, good location and great breakfast choices. I hope that they keep on working on the outside of the hotel. I wold stay here again. Convenient if you are going to the Disney parks.

The room is very nice room was clean and comfortable pillows were soft but shower pressure was weak but all was good staff was nice and good the breakfast food was good too they had a lot of options for breakfast

We loved the room, it was so clean and the beds were so comfortable. Staff was amazing, always greeting with a smile. Overall a great experience at this hotel.

If you are looking to find a hotel that is somewhat in vicinity near a freeway and near all the things happening in Fullerton - this is the spot. I believe the rooms are priced appropriately, clean, and provide a quick way to get to where we needed to go. Staff is friendly and actually are easy going with my chaperones/students (took 22 students & 4 chaperones for a field trip at Fullerton College). Continental breakfast got the job done and was included in our stay. Brian Lee, current manager also was very helpful when I was trying to organize the booking.
Finally, there are many places to eat, shop, and explore if you head north of the hotel. I'm talking Target, Best Buy, Sprouts, Amazon Fresh, Better Buzz, Korean BBQ, Boba, Michaels, Inn N' Out, Chick Fil-A, and so much more. Like if you forgot anything, it's covered there! Again, it's also super close to Fullerton College! I highly recommend this spot!

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The entire facility and hotel room was extremely clean and we had everything at our disposal. The location was excellent with access to anything we needed in the way of stores, restaurants and freeways. It was surprisingly quiet so we were able to get a lot of rest. The room had plenty of outlets to plug in all of our electronics. The beds were comfortable. The rooms had plenty of amenities including toiletries, Microwave and Fridge. The Wifi was free and it worked great. The buffet was so great with plenty of food choices. We checked in and out with ease. We will definitely be stay again!

Clean and friendly. Meets all my needs.
Location is convenient and has everything that i needed.
Room size is big and comfortable.
Breakfast is decent, I hope it will provide more different choices. Like Asian breakfast will be great.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, and lotion given. Hair dryer available. Also given being a Holiday Inn, they offer toothpaste, toothbrush, razor, shaving cream, and brush for free in case you need them. Breakfast is also delicious (with egg and pancakes offered).
What makes this hotel is versatile is for Disneyland trip. They also offer FREE SHUTTLE to Disneyland and back. The shuttle is available to leave to Disneyland every 45 minutes between 7:30 AM - 9 AM. And to go home from Disney, the shuttle available from 8 PM - 11 PM. The only bad thing is if you want to stay until 12 AM at Disney, then there will be no shuttle. But you can just uber, which cost only about $15.
They also do not charge for parking, which is a plus. There is a shell gas station right across the street. And if you need to buy a new shoes (since you will be walking 20,000+ steps in Disney) they have shoe city right across the street. All in all amazing stay and the hotel is also offer great amenities and in a perfect location.

We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was super clean. Our room was in the 7th floor. It was very quiet, the bed was very comfortable and the sheets and pillows were nice. I liked having a fridge and microwave.
There were a lot of breakfast choices and enjoyed having lots of coffee!
My mom had a handicap room on the 1st floor. It was really nice and she really enjoyed it.
We would definitely stay again.
