The staff was friendly but the bed was one of the worst I have slept in...we had a sore back for 2 days after our night there...don't think we are going back.

Everything was in good condition and presentation. The jacuzzi jets had a little loud noise but it was an excellent experience.

Great location - right off the highway and yet very quiet.
Front desk friendly and very helpful.
Room is clean and comfortable.
Price is reasonable.

I enjoyed our stay for the most part. We came there to go tubing and skiing. However we also did choose the hotel because of the indoor pool. I called the hotel before
booking, to make sure we were able to use it. Upon arrival, we were informed the hotel heater was broken. My four year old ended up being to short for tubing at Greek Peak so the pool would have been a great alternative. We also had an issue with our sink being clogged with old hair. To the point, we couldn't use it. It was brought to staffs attention and they said it would be fixed for next guest. At that point I feel a small discount should have been offered.
This hotel should not even be under IHG umbrella!!!

One of the oldest Holiday Inn Express that I have ever stayed at. Time to be upgraded. It's a shame that IHG would even take this hotel under their wing. Poor poor poor

Room cleaner than last time I stayed but not clean enough during the pandemic nothing shows that room sanitized

Staff was friendly and courtious. The room was dated and drab and the carpet was dirty. There was no conditioner in the bathroom and hair in the tub. Breakfast choices were limited due to COVID 19. However, overall it was a great say with only minor flaws.

I was looking for hotel near highway and this was convenient. Rooms were clean.
