Worst Holiday Inn

The second we walked inside the hotel, there were stain on the walls, carpets, doors all scratched up, elevator stainless steel was nasty looking with prints of many kind and the room smelled terrible. Didn’t stay there no more than 10 second to find another hotel. Very disappointed.
No Housekeeping for 3 days

It unfortunate that this hotel did not have housekeeping services. Very Disappointed. No Breakfast. No lounging area due to furniture not being organized. Seemed staff didn't want to be there. Staff not dressed professional (in jeans and tennis shoes?)

This facility met my needs, mostly. My biggest issues were the limited breakfast, doors slamming shut at all hours, and creaky floors.
If the doors to the floors (from the stairs...) can be quiet shut, why can't the room doors!!!

First room had blood stains. Second room no water going to the toilet. Third room A/C did not work properly. Couldn’t even get compensated. All they did was sign me up for rewards program and give me extra points.

Check in staff not friendly was more interested in her Ear buds, and computer. There was no soap in the new soap dispensers. Toilet does not flush properly. Over all hotel looked shabby run down. Also it's location Is no where near the Medical Center( I work there) it is named wrong.
This is not what I expect from Holiday Inn company extremely falling standards by my perspective as a constant traveler.

I was comfortable and I also realized I need to do my part to support hotels like you to really understand what travelers need. I believe we can work together to make this part of our life better at least. Don't worry about others, we do our part.

Traveling for business and this property was easy to access from the highway. Clean quiet room and great fro t desk staff!

Hotel was in good location off freeway and close to stores and restaurants. But it didn’t seem very secure location and I didn’t see any security or hotel personnel that would walk around property.

This facility does not meet the quality that I have come to expect at HIX over my decades of loyal patronage.There was a musty smell and lack of air quality at the hotel. Breakfast choices were limited to packaged sweet cakes, milk, and yogurt. A front desk staff member didn't wear a face covering the entire time of our stay even though all the guests did, and there were a number of older guests there. I shifted our three-night stay to another hotel after the first night.

Since I evacuated for Hurricane Laura the location was great with store and food options. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

Excellent service, the staff was very friendly and we were able to check in quickly. The valet parking made it much easier for us after a long day of exploring San Antonio.
